Corrections are the most welcome kind of message. If a fee figure, formula or worked example on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us what page and what should change, and it will be fixed.

- Corrections: the page, the figure you believe is wrong, and ideally a link to the platform's own fee documentation.
- Tool requests: the calculation you need and the platform it relates to.
- Bug reports: which calculator, what you entered, what it showed, and your browser.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on your tax position, review your business finances, or intervene in a dispute with a marketplace or payment provider. For fee questions specific to your own account, the platform's own support is the only authoritative source.
